1. a facility that would house out of state and in state artist and specialist
-the people that are housed would run the various on site facilities, such as a wood shop, metal shop, glass blowing facilities, ceramics, state of the art library, computer facilities
- time in shops could be rented, help from the best in their fields would always be available, and collabrative projects would be encouraged
- precedents would vary for each workshop

2. a skate park, rock climbing, bowling, dance studios

-maybe this could be combined with the art studios?

3. a gas station that has absolutely no precedents
- rooftop dog park

-how could a gas station be more efficient and made for a downtown site?
